You know from the minute you pull back your fist for a punch that its all pointless and will cost you, but the catharsis is totally worth it. The Content on this Site is presented in a summary fashion, and is intended to be used for educational and entertainment purposes only. PLEASE get it checked out & post what the xrays show or what the dr's say & then perhaps we can be of more help. It may look a lot worse then it actually is right now due to swelling which is your bodys way to protect itself. I HIGHLY suggest you get an xray done to determine how bad the damage actually is. I have permanent damage in both hands, more my right then left as I'm right handed, & have been told by doctors & surgeons that the only way to really fix any of it would have been surgery RIGHT AFTER it occured. well the wall ALWAYS wins & gets the last laugh. When I was a few years younger I had been told that when the anger gets to be too much instead of taking it out on a person EVEN if they deserve it, hit a wall. He still has limited movement & can't make a fist.

My husband hand a similar injury years ago & it's NEVER returned to normal. Much like with your wrists, you can cause pain and injury in the larger joints of your arm if you punch with poor form. Most users who post responses try to do some research 1st if they haven't had something similar so that they aren't blindly giving advice that may cause more damage. Sorry that you didn't get responses quickly.
